I was never this confident and strong in my own body. Throughout most of my 20s, I was VERY uncomfortable in my skin. I was constantly worrying about what other people thought of my body, especially my chest. I thought that I had man boobs and I would always avoid social gatherings like pool parties or hangouts at the beach with friends. If I ever had a romantic situation become more personal, I would be SO nervous about what the woman would think of my chest.

That's why I became a trainer, and that is why I am on the journey to help as many men as possible to be strong, lean, and confident in their own bodies.

Every man at least once in his lifetime should feel the strength and capabilities of his physical body. To go to the grave without ever experiencing this is a regret no man should have.
